Market Jar may collect personal information from DrivenIQ Corp (“DrivenIQ”). DrivenIQ represents that all PII collected and disclosed to Market Jar was collected lawfully in accordance with relevant jurisdictional laws and DrivenIQ is allowed to disclose/sell such PII. DrivenIQ will indemnify Market Jar in any legal action against Market Jar in the event any PII was not collected and shared legally. DrivenIQ will not disclose any PII related to credit/financial information, protected health information, insurance information, or a minor’s information. When You pay for a product and/or a service via bank transfer, We may ask You to provide information to facilitate this transaction and to verify Your identity. Such information may include, without limitation:
