TenX Wallet Adds Litecoin (LTC) – Get excited because Litecoin (LTC) has been added to the wallet app TenX – but wait, there’s more. A Litecoin debit card is back in the works again!
We were promised a Litecoin debit card ages ago, back when the Litecoin Foundation partnered with LitePay, but, well, that sort of blew up in everyone’s faces. Will this time be different? Will we actually get a Litecoin debit card?
TenX is a mobile wallet app that supports various cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) – and now Litecoin too. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices. TenX also already has a card equipped to spend crypto (anytime, anywhere), which means the possibility of a Litecoin debit card now feels a whole lot closer.
TenX added support for Litecoin about a week ago, but the announcement (from them and Litecoin creator Charlie Lee) came in several hours ago. This could explain Litecoin’s growth today. Currently, LTC is selling for $114.85, which puts the coin up 0.33% in the past 24 hours – not much, and being on the cusp like this, there’s always the possibility of dropping.
TenX and Charlie Lee have now confirmed that a new partnership is underway. The Litecoin Foundation and TenX are joining forces to bring a Litecoin debit card to us – “a co-branded card for which more information will be available soon,” stated TenX.
Charlie Lee tweeted the news, even tossing in a joke about LitePay:

TenX added that “We hope to become the preferred payment platform for fans and owners of Litecoin, and cannot wait to see you use our wallet and join the revolution!”
Are you excited about Litecion (LTC) joining forces with TenX? Will we really get a Litecoin debit card out of this partnership?
